Homework Club

Project Street Life is setting up a ‘Homework Club’ so that it can help those of you who find it difficult to get your homework done. You can have help with written work, research work, Maths and computer based work, and we have the facilities to print, copy and scan. There will be no charge and free refreshments are available.

Doors will open at Project Street Life between 3.30 and 5.00 on Mondays and Tuesdays in term-time only, starting on February 25th, the first day after half-term. You will be asked to register on your first attendance and get a parent or guardian to sign to say that they agree to you being there.

You will not need to book in or attend on a regular basis, but there will only be room for 10 to attend...

PSL gets commended and a rosette in the Christmas Parade!

PSL’s float in this year’s Christmas Parade turned more than a few heads. With the Commonwealth as this year’s theme, PSL went all the way in creating a replica life-like Rolls Royce and also managed to persuade a number of key members of the Royal Family to make an appearance!

It looked fantastic – a great project which involved our Frontline and young people – paraded in true style on the day – without a drop of rain as well………..

Our thanks go to Luke Hammond and Oliver Stiles for the filming and editing of this video of the 2012 Buckingham Christmas Parade and also to Sally Cooper, Andrew Frost and Keith Holmes for leading the project and spending so much time building, painting and polishing the Rolls!
