From this September Project Street Life has found a new home!

After calling the Salvation Army hall home for many years, we felt it was the right time for a bit of a change… We now continue to meet on Friday’s from 7-9pm, but at Lace Hill Community Centre. This location provides us a lot more space for outside games (when the sun decides to show up!), and a bigger inside hall to build on other activities like our inside sports, PS4, crafts and baking.

The cost is 50p per night, and on your first night remember to pick up a membership form. We also have a tuck shop, so remember to bring some money if you want to buy anything!

Saturday 27th February was round one of our very own Great Buckingham Youth Bake Off organized by PSL in partnership with the Buckingham Activities Group.

Contestants ages 11-18 entered the competition and brought their ‘signature bake’ to our stall at the Buckingham Food Fair. We had a wide range of bakes from a multi-colored Smarties cake to a giant Jaffa Cake!

The judges of the bakes were Andy Mahi (Buckingham Town Mayor), Siân Whyte (a member of Buckingham WI) & Victoria Forward (Victoria Sponges).

Last week we decided we were long overdue a change of scenery at Project Street Life and took a trip to the  new bowling alley at Milton Keynes and Pizza Express just before. As you can tell from the photos below it was a night enjoyed by one and all!
